At Hi Love, we believe in sharing LOVE and love hearing from our customers. We want you to be absolutely satisfied with every purchase. We offer exchanges for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all orders + no restocking fees on all items except the Weekender. We accept returns within 14 days of the original sale date.
All sale merchandise or discounted promotional offers are final sale and not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your full-priced item must be unused and in its original condition and returned in original packaging and shipping container. To return your product, please contact us at customerservice@
Shipping costs are non-refundable and exchange shipping fees are at the customer's expense. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your merchandise to process your return and issue your store credit.
